 As a romantic landscape surveyor, Bo Emmens (illustrator, storyteller and performative researcher) travels around to report on the insubstantial. By combining traditional pastel landscapes of carelessly chosen perspectives with quasi-autobiographical texts and theatrical elements, Emmens plays with society’s expectations of the contemporary artist.
